Earlier this month we relayed our first shocker about SCO Group 
asserting they're the majority owners of Unix intellectual property, and 
hiring a lawyer to protect their property. This week, we turn to SCO's 
shocker Number Two: SCO has filed a lawsuit alleging that IBM dumped 
proprietary Unix information into the Open Source community. We wish we were 
kidding. Jack Fegreus comments on SCO Group's accusations, the 
underlying legal definition of a trade secret, and what the court will need to 
examine.
